POSITION TITLE: Sales Administrator/Inside Sales
REPORTS TO: VP of Sales
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overview
This position provides administrative and organizational support to the sales team via lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting utilizing Salesforce as a CRM. Lead management responsibilities include the intake and assignment leads, along with the creation of accounts and opportunities. The incumbent will be the subject matter expert and have full responsibility for the overall maintenance and administration of Salesforce. This position will be responsible for Inside Sales through communication and outreach with potential and present customers.
Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Salesforce Administration and Management
Provide technical support, training, and coaching to the entire team.
Oversee and maintain all sales reporting and dashboards.
Meet regularly with the sales team to review entries and to provide updated and accurate information including updated start dates, award dates, and project values.
Lead Management
Responsible for the primary intake of leads via transferred calls from the main office.
Enter leads into Salesforce from various sources including; ITB's, direct calls, forms received from websites, and other inquiries.
With direction from sales management, appropriately assigns all collected leads to sales teams.
Inside Sales Management
Perform outreach on a routine basis through cold calling, emails and other forms of communication.
Develop targeted new customer lists in conjunction with sales management.
Engage potential clients to schedule office and site visits to showcase the company's abilities and products.
Entry and tracking of all new and potential new accounts into Salesforce.
Create new opportunities in Salesforce and where necessary, create sales proposals.
Work with Operations to execute sales and rental orders following embedded procedures.
Prepare and submit all contractor pre-qualifications to ensure continued eligibility to bid.
Provide support to sales management and sales team members through face-to-face interactions at the sales office daily.
Support business development through the maintenance of the sales events calendar.
Attend company sales and billing meetings as necessary.
When required attend selected networking events. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
College degree in business or sales related concentration preferred, but not required
At least one (1) years' experience in a similar type of role required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Software
Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce) platform a plus
Proficiency in verbal and written English required
High level verbal and written communication skills required
Driver's License and own transportation required
