Entry Level Event Assistant

Key Responsibilities

As an Event Assistant, your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the success of our promotional events. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, organizing, and executing promotional events that drive brand awareness

Maintaining a positive public image for clients by providing engaging customer interactions

Supporting brand awareness initiatives across local markets

Assisting in the selection and management of marketing and promotional materials

Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing consumers

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure brand consistency

Providing on-site event support and customer service during events

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

An outgoing personality and a positive attitude

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A genuine enjoyment of working face-to-face with people

Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (minimum 30 hours per week)

Availability for local travel to promotional events

Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus but not required

A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
