We are currently hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to promote our clients’ brands by supporting event marketing programs. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and develop a foundation in event marketing and customer service.
Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with Account Managers and corporate teams to support marketing events, shows, and campaigns. You will help implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, increase demand, and drive revenue. This is an entry-level role with no ceiling on growth potential.
Please note: While we provide excellent growth opportunities, this is an Entry-Level position. We require all future managers, regardless of previous experience, to start at the entry level and undergo thorough training before taking on management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Support event marketing activities to promote client brand names
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events

Qualifications
Customer service experience is required (prior marketing or event experience is a plus)
