We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Azure Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions in Azure, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. This is a permanent position in the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain cloud-based solutions using Azure.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Implement security measures to protect sensitive data in the cloud.

Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing and Azure technology.

Evaluate existing cloud infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements.

Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.

Work closely with other IT teams to integrate cloud-based solutions with existing systems.

Provide training to end-users and conduct presentations to explain the benefits of cloud computing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Azure Architect or similar role in a cloud computing environment.

Strong knowledge of Azure and cloud computing technology.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with security protocols and disaster recovery planning in a cloud computing environment.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Azure Solutions Architect certification is preferred.

The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
