Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse case load, including civil litigation, class action, and transactional law cases.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel, maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.
Proactively identify legal risks and devise strategies to mitigate those risks.
Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies, share insights, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.
Stay updated on current laws and regulations within your area of specialization, ensuring legal advice provided is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in civil litigation, class action, and transactional law.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume case load effectively and efficiently.
Exceptional research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong commitment to ethics and professional integrity.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven track record of achieving positive legal outcomes for clients.
