Get weekends offElectrical Maintenance Technician Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machinery, plumbing, pneumatic tools, relays, and hydraulic equipment

Identify fault equipment through observation and testing metrics

Source replacement parts to perform repairs

Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists, and hand tools

Prepare maintenance reports and summary presentations using daily activity logs, analysis, and trends

Maintain electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical knowledge via on-going training, industry workshops, and technical readingElectrical Maintenance Technician Shift Info

Day Shift, 07:00 am to 3:30 pm

Monday - FridayElectrical Maintenance Technician Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance is required

Advanced understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and pneumatics

Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, CNC equipment, 480, 360, 3 phase & single phase

Proficiency working with bearings, conveyors, and relays

Capable of operating hand, power, and specialized tools

Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner

Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner and any warning signs of problems are not overlooked

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Able to bend, lift, squat, swoop, etc.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
