Job Title: Cold Storage Warehouse Associate

Schedule:

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

(Currently 32 hours/week; hours will increase during peak season)

Position Type: Long-term, Full-time (with seasonal hour fluctuations)

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Cold Storage Warehouse Associates to support day-to-day operations in a temperature-controlled environment. Associates will be responsible for handling, moving, and organizing products while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. This is a great long-term opportunity with potential for growth and increased hours during peak season.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, sort, and move inventory in refrigerated or freezer environments

Pick, pack, and label items according to order specifications

Maintain accuracy and organization in inventory handling

Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and cold chain procedures

Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (if certified)

Follow all workplace safety protocols

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, especially in cold storage or food handling

Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods (refrigerated and/or freezer settings)

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift

Must wear slip-resistant shoes at all times

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
