Job Title: Warehouse

Location: Casper, WY

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $16–$22/hour DOE

Job Summary:

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Casper, WY, in hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker. This role is essential in supporting manufacturing operations by managing the movement of raw materials and finished goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring efficient production flow and accurate, on-time fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of raw materials and supplies.

Transport raw materials to production areas and return unused materials to proper storage.

Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment according to production and customer schedules.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification required or provided).

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; assist in cycle counts and inventory audits.

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.

Load and unload materials from trucks and containers efficiently and safely.

Ensure warehouse and storage areas are organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.

Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions as required.

Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and quality control teams.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Familiarity with manufacturing materials, parts, and supply chain processes.

Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software or ERP systems.

Forklift operation certification (preferred or required depending on site).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a warehouse and manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, forklifts, and fluctuating temperatures.

Use of PPE required (e.g., safety shoes, gloves, other).

Pay Details: $16.00 to $22.00 per hour
