Job Title: Punch Press Operator : $19 to $22 : Rogers, MN

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Punch Press Operator, where you will be responsible for operating punch press machines and have the opportunity to learn setups in the future. This role involves handling very short run metal stamping, requiring you to operate different machines throughout the day as job requirements change. You will support various industries including medical, agriculture, light industrial, and motor sports, ensuring high-quality production.

Responsibilities

Operate punch press machines efficiently.

Learn and perform setups for different machines as needed.

Conduct visual inspections of stamped metal.

Collaborate with the post-operation team to ensure quality standards are met.Essential Skills

Experience in machine operating.

Deburring skills.

Knowledge of CNC operations.

Experience with press brake operations.

Understanding of sheet metal processes.

Proficiency in operating punch press machines.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

Work in a smaller, dimly lit fabrication shop equipped with 60 punch press machines. The environment is lively and louder, fostering a dynamic work setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
