Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
The Maintenance Manager will act as a technical adviser for the Manufacturing site Leadership Team. This role involves leading the maintenance team to implement a coherent maintenance and reliability strategy aimed at reducing equipment breakdowns and extending manufacturing equipment life. The position demands providing technical leadership to support lean manufacturing objectives, ensuring full utilization of maintenance information systems, and overseeing engineering functions within the plant.
Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance team in implementing maintenance and reliability strategies.
Serve as a technical adviser for the Manufacturing site Leadership Team.
Provide technical leadership in support of lean manufacturing objectives.
Ensure full utilization of all maintenance information systems.
Oversee engineering functions within the plant.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Significant record of achievement in lean manufacturing support, continuous improvement, and breakdown reduction.
Minimum of 5 years supervisory and people management experience.
Work Environment
This role operates within a temperature-controlled environment that is fast-paced with a lot of moving parts. Safety is a priority, requiring regulated attire such as hair nets and beard nets. The position is scheduled for the 1st Shift from Monday to Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
