Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for document storage activities and other distribution tasks. This role requires handling file storage boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, operating various equipment, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods.
Responsibilities
Handle file storage boxes and perform document storage activities.
Operate a Stock Picker to pull banker boxes from shelves onto a pallet.
Stretch wrap completed pallets of 40 boxes.
Operate a forklift to stage completed pallets.
Operate a double pallet rider and self-propelled electric powered pallet jack (a.k.a. walkie).
Load semi-trucks using a forklift.
Fold lids for boxes prior to palletizing.
Perform other distribution tasks involving pallets and various equipment such as electronic devices, rolls of paper, and office furniture.Essential Skills
Prior experience working with a forklift.
Proven track record of reliability, verified through references.
Previous experience in a production-based environment, either manufacturing or distribution.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
Proven track record of being trainable and teachable, verified through references.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Baseline knowledge of warehousing is highly preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to ensure daily goals and quotas are met.

Work Environment
The facility is climate-controlled, air-conditioned in the summer, and heated in the winter, with monitored humidity to prevent mold growth. It is exceptionally clean and organized. The entire property is smoke-free. All positions are on the first shift with flexibility in hours, Monday through Friday. Employees receive two 15-minute breaks and a 45-minute lunch break.

This is a Contract position based out of Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
