RPA Developer
The Opportunity:
Are you a skilled RPA Developer who’s not just automating processes—but dreaming about what comes next? We’re looking for a technically strong and curious automation engineer to join our team. In this mid-level role, you'll be designing and delivering robust RPA solutions using leading platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere. But more than that—you'll also have the opportunity to explore the exciting world of agentic AI, where intelligent agents powered by large language models (LLMs) are changing the way work gets done. What You’ll Work On:
Design, build, and maintain scalable RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and document process requirements.
Develop and optimize workflows that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Begin contributing to LLM-integrated automation by learning and experimenting with tools like Azure AI Foundry, AutoGen, Microsoft CoPilot Studio, or AgentForce.
Support the team’s efforts in exploring intelligent, agent-based approaches to problem-solving.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in software development or process automation
3+ years of experience with RPA platforms, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and components
2+ years of experience with Python, VB.NET, or C# for scripting
Experience with attended or unattended bot orchestration
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience working in Agile, such as Jira, or DevOps teams with version control, including Git or GitHub
Experience integrating APIs, web services, and databases
Experience with AI concepts such as LLMs and intelligent agents
Experience working cross-functionally with IT, operations, and innovation teams to align automation with broader digital goals
Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Python for AI development
Experience with agentic AI tools such as Azure AI Foundry, AutoGen, Microsoft CoPilot Studio, AgentSpace, or AgentForce
Experience with AI concepts such as OpenAI APIs, LLM experimentation, or prompt engineering
Completion of an AI-related course
RPA Certification such as UiPath Advanced Developer Certifications, UIPath Certified Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
