Location: Oakdale, MN
Start Date: Monday, June 16, 2025
Type: Contract (Potential for Long-Term)
Pay: $17.50/per hour (paid weekly)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday; no mandatory overtime enforced.

Join a fast-growing electronics manufacturer supporting a major product launch (Phase 2). We’re hiring over 20 motivated individuals to assemble and inspect high-tech components in a clean, team-oriented environment. ️What You’ll Do
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical parts using hand tools (screwdrivers, tweezers, drills, crimpers, etc.)
Prep and inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for coating and assembly
Rotate through departments to build new skills and keep your day dynamic
Perform quality checks to ensure top-tier product standards
Label, package, and prepare products for shipment What We’re Looking For
Required:
1+ year of transferable experience, preferably in general assembly or manufacturing
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work occasional overtime
Nice to Have:
Soldering experience
Familiarity with IPC standards
Experience in electronic assembly
College students pursuing a relevant degree (summer-only availability considered!) Work Environment

To ensure workplace safety and meet government regulations, all applicants must meet the following compliance standards:
Instant Drug Test (5-Panel) – Includes THC screening, in accordance with GVT regulations
Standard B.G. Check – Required prior to onboarding
ITAR Compliance – Must be a U.S. or Permanent Resident due to federal export control regulations
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00/hr.
