BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Loan Processor for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC !

Position Title: Loan Processor

Location: Charlotte, NC 28202

Anticipated Start Date: 06/09/2025

Pay Rate: $22.55 hr on W2

Job Type: Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Typical types of collateral include broadly syndicated, middle market and private bank loan assets.

The operational specialist works closely with internal groups to help maintain a high level of customer service.

Adheres to strict business line Service Level Agreements.

Will focus on the support of internal partners on a variety of client relationships.

The operational specialists’ responsibilities include tracking pending and settled bank loan trades

provide reports to the clients on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis; and respond to internal party requests in a timely fashion.

The incumbent ensures 100% accuracy and timeliness of data through proper booking and reconciliation of account activity.

Preferred Skills/Experience

· Thorough knowledge of bank loan operational functions, systems, and procedures

Moderate credit agreement interpretation abilities and analytical skills

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet established deadlines in a dynamic teamwork environment

· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

· Basic knowledge of Wallstreet Office, SEI, Solvas and CDO Suite preferred
