Database Analyst Fort Knox KY or Remote Active Secret Clearance Required @Orchard is supporting a growing Federal Contractor with a Database Analyst.
The individual in this position will be responsible for gathering, reviewing, and staging data sources, preparing them for ingestion into SQL server, and executing ETL processes one package at a time.
This position is based out of Fort Knox, KY, but has the option to work remotely.
As the Database Analyst you will: Gather data from 152 sources provided, review data sources for basic requirements, and stage the data for ingestion into the SQL Server.
Execute ETL processes one package at a time for 16 packages to ensure all packages execute without issue.
Research potential package execution issues, such as missing columns, extraneous data, blank rows, etc.
and resolve.
Update linked workbook with all refreshed ETL data, review for accuracy and completeness, and saved updated workbook to standardized location for other teams to utilize.
Use SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services, .NET Framework, and Visual Studio for ETL processes.
Document in SOP and store in designated folders.
Requirements: Active Secret clearance BA/BS; MA/MS preferred 3-5 years of experience with database analysis and a solid understanding of SQL IAT Level I certification (CySA+, CND, SSCP, GSEC, CCNA-Security, or Security+ recommended) Experience with relevant tech: SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services, .NET Framework, Visual Studio Established in 2010, @Orchard has an exceptional reputation, providing staffing solutions to time-sensitive, talent scarcity issues to deliver better talent management ROI.
