Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Home Daily)

Employment Type: Full-Time Paid Weekly

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced CDL A Driver for a local delivery route based in Phoenix, AZ. This position involves hauling millwork, crown molding, and door jambs to residential and commercial locations. You’ll be home daily and work alongside a helper to complete deliveries. This is a touch freight position, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable with physical work, reliable, and ready to get started right away.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Class A commercial vehicle for local deliveries within the Phoenix area.

Haul and unload millwork materials including trim, door jambs, and crown molding.

Work closely with a designated helper to complete deliveries safely and efficiently.

Follow all Federal DOT regulations and company safety procedures.

Use your smartphone for GPS navigation and electronic time tracking (clocking in/out).

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment.

Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch as needed.

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL license.

Minimum of 3 years of CDL driving experience (preferred in local delivery or construction-related freight).

Must be able to perform touch freight duties—this is a physical role requiring lifting and moving millwork materials.

Strong knowledge of Federal DOT regulations.

Must have a working smartphone for navigation and time tracking.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Dependable, punctual, and able to start early (5:00 AM).

Must be available to start ASAP.
