Pre-Construction Estimator Benefits:

Paid Vacation plus Paid Holidays. Pre-Construction Estimator Qualifications:

BS Project or Construction Management.

8 to 12 years of construction estimating experience, cost control, or quantity surveying.

Lead bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy.

Experience with Sage Estimating is a plus.

Pre-Construction Estimator Responsibilities:

Examine architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents.

Identify potential cost drivers, construction challenges, and opportunities for cost-saving.

Analyze project information, gather data, and prepare cost estimates for various aspects of a project, from material costs to labor and subcontractor bids.

Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
