Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic1st & 2nd shift $32-$38/HRJob Description

This role involves maintaining and supporting manufacturing equipment, addressing building maintenance needs, and providing assistance for the installation of new equipment. The candidate will conduct service maintenance on manufacturing equipment as required and document preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, tools, and production machines.

Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed on all pieces of equipment, recording work results and parts usage in the computerized maintenance management system.

Troubleshoot malfunctions and replace defective parts; recommend equipment replacement if wear may cause safety or reliability issues.

Observe and ensure adherence to all safety procedures while working around machinery and equipment.

Provide support for the installation of new manufacturing and office equipment or the removal of old equipment.

Utilize database user interface, query, and industrial control software.

Complete tasks related to the maintenance and service of all building systems.Essential Skills

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
