Salary: $18 an hour

Express Employment in St. Croix Falls is seeking several dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assemblers. As a General Manufacturing Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components and ensuring the quality of our products.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, $18/hour (approximately a 5 week project)

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.

Assemble parts and sub-assemblies accurately and efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Ensure that all parts fit correctly and are fastened securely.

Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications.

Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus.

Ability to read and understand basic assembly instructions and blueprints.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.
