Manufacturing Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift - Luck, WI

We are currently hiring dedicated and reliable Manufacturing Operators for our 1st and 2nd shifts. If you have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply!

Pay:

1st Shift: $19.00 per hour (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

2nd Shift: $19.75 per hour (Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate process equipment according to product specifications. This may involve working with both computerized and manually controlled machinery.

Read and interpret blueprints, traveler requirements, and manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate production.

Perform necessary mathematical calculations as required for the role.

Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including the consistent and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Conduct daily testing of safety equipment, such as light curtains, on designated machinery (LiveWire, Brake Looming, Finishing, Crimper) when required.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
