Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Temp)

Location: St. Albans, VT

Pay: $20 per hour

Duration: April – September (6-month assignment)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with flexibility to work a Saturday or Sunday in exchange for a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday if needed.

About the Role:

JobsRus.com is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our client in St. Albans, VT. This is a temporary, 6-month assignment, perfect for someone looking for a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position involves coordinating activities between customer service, production, and traffic for all orders due to ship.

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate logistics and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner

•Communicate effectively with Customer Service, the Lab, and other departments

•Track progress of items using SAP and report to stakeholders

•Prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines

•Adhere to GMPs and food safety requirements

Qualifications:

•High school diploma

•2-5 years of Customer Service experience (ideal)

•Strong communication skills (oral and written)

•Detail-oriented and accurate

•Computer literate with experience using office software

•SAP experience is preferred

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
