Job Title: Lathes CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lathes CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up and operating CNC milling machines, performing quality inspections, and making tool changes and offsets.

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints to set up and operate CNC milling machines.

Conduct quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Perform 2-5 set ups daily.

Make tool changes and offsets as required.Essential Skills

Proficiency in CNC set up and operation, specifically on mills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and lathes.

Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills.

Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment is a plus.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the automotive, medical, or aerospace industries is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is for a 1st shift opening, Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 am to 3 pm. Work in a medical device manufacturing facility focused on surgical instruments, boasting an extremely clean and climate-controlled environment. The facility employs approximately 100 people.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
