Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance within the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the company’s quality assurance policies and procedures.
Lead internal and external audits, including ISO compliance and customer audits.
Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain documentation and records related to quality standards and inspections.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.Essential Skills
Education in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision machining.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, including CMM, micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work in a large, clean machine shop environment with multiple machines and departments. You will have your own office space, providing a professional and organized setting to oversee the quality assurance processes.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
