Are you an Accounting Manager looking to take a step into a Controller position? We’re hiring for a newly created role with a local SW Portland company. This team has a history of longevity and is excited to be growing. As the best fit for this role, you must have multi-entity accounting experience, including financial statement preparation, and bring some supervisory experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who detailed, engaged, and who leads by example.

Compensation: $125-135k base + 15% bonus, 401k match, 4 weeks PTO + holidays, and low cost healthcare premiums

Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in office, in SW PDX

Role Overview:

Oversight a 2 person team, accounting, tax and treasury operations for multiple entities.

This is a hands-on role with direct support of month end close functions and review

Preparation of Financial Reporting package and consolidated reporting

Budgeting and Forecasting functions

Supporting a variety of process improvement initiatives (software and processes)

What you bring to the table:

5-7 years of experience, multi-entity and consolidations experience is a must have, strength in financial reporting

Must have leadership experience, teams of 2+

Project Management, change management experience – problem solving by nature.

Highly detailed, accurate and trustworthy

Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required

Curiosity and exceptional attention to detail

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
