Qualifications:
Valid Michigan school psychologist license
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
Previous experience working in K-12 educational environments
Strong assessment, evaluation, and intervention skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Cultural competency and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide consultation services to teachers and school staff regarding student needs
Offer counseling and support to students and families
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
Ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies
