Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Perform repetitive to non-repetitive assembly and functional testing of aircraft components
Troubleshoot and analyze systems to identify issues and recommend corrective steps per OEM and regulatory procedures
Operate both manual and automated assembly/test equipment, including in-circuit and functional test fixtures
Solder and inspect complex electronic boards following strict quality and safety guidelines
Set up and calibrate tools and machinery for precise electronic assembly
Record data accurately and update documentation control systems (e.g., Word, Excel, SAP)
Communicate findings and collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are metWhat You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, or assembly
Strong knowledge of soldering techniques, SMT systems, and quality inspection standards
Ability to read and follow detailed technical documentation and engineering drawings
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field
Experience using SAP and other manufacturing systems
Background in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industries

Pay Details: 23.00 per hour
