Senior Product Manager – Enterprise AI Platforms (Remote, EST Preferred)

12-Month Contract Remote (U.S.-based) EST Working Hours Preferred

LHH has partnered with an industry-leading global organization to identify a Senior Product Manager to support a high-impact digital transformation initiative. This role will focus on driving the adoption and integration of AI-powered enterprise tools aimed at improving user experience, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

This is a fully remote, U.S.-based role with preference for candidates able to work Eastern Time Zone hours to enable alignment with both U.S. and international stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

Lead product lifecycle efforts for enterprise AI tools—from strategy through execution—ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Serve as the primary liaison between technical and business teams, gathering input and prioritizing features that drive adoption and measurable value.

Oversee the integration of intelligent automation and AI-driven platforms into existing enterprise systems and workflows.

Collaborate with global teams in IT, HR, Security, and Operations to ensure successful deployment and governance of AI/ML tools.

Use data to assess product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and support long-term product evolution.

What We’re Looking For:

5–7 years of product management experience, ideally with enterprise SaaS platforms or digital transformation programs.

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs).

Experience leading platform integrations and managing cross-functional teams in a distributed work environment.

Excellent communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical solutions into business value.

Familiarity with modern collaboration platforms and tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, Jira).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a plus.

Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Moveworks, Glean, or similar solutions is highly desirable.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $100.00 per hour
