Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
The Maintenance Manager will serve as a technical adviser for the Manufacturing site Leadership Team. This position will lead the maintenance team in implementing a coherent maintenance and reliability strategy aimed at reducing breakdowns and extending manufacturing equipment life. The role involves providing technical leadership in support of lean manufacturing objectives, ensuring full utilization of all maintenance information systems, and overseeing engineering functions within the plant.
Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to support lean manufacturing objectives.
Ensure full utilization of all maintenance information systems.
Oversee engineering functions within the plant.Essential Skills
Strong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to liaise with different departments and stakeholders.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in machine repair, troubleshooting, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and repair.
Knowledge of 3 phase motors, schematics, blueprints, welding, fabrication, mechanical wiring, circuit VFD, and controls.
Significant record of achievement in lean manufacturing support, continuous improvement, and breakdown reduction.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and people management experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a temperature-controlled environment that is fast-paced with many moving parts. Safety is key, with regulated use of hair nets and beard nets. The work is conducted on a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
