Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and changing over machines, operating them efficiently, and ensuring quality checks are completed. You will follow blueprints and work instructions, use material handling equipment, and perform daily preventative maintenance and machine calibrations. You will also be responsible for inventory and production tracking transactions in our production control software.

Read and interpret structural fabrication drawings
Use material handling equipment to load and unload material
Perform daily preventative maintenance and machine calibrations
Conduct inventory and production tracking transactions in the production control softwareEssential Skills
Experience in machine operation
Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
Proficiency in setting up machines
Skilled in using a tape measure and framing square
Basic shop math skills
Ability to perform quality checks and troubleshootingAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hand tools, press brake, calipers, and forklift operation
Familiarity with general labor tasks such as assembly, packaging, and inspection
Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Work Environment
Our fabrication shop can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and it is a dirty environment. We operate on different shifts: Monday to Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, and Friday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, where you work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $43680.00/yr.
