Job Title: Injection Mold Technician

Job Description

As an Injection Mold Technician, you will oversee the production processes within your assigned cells, working closely with injection molding machines, dryers, and thermolators. You will collaborate with your team and other departments to meet production needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

Start up machines and update setup worksheets.

Purge machines before commencing the next job.

Assist the setup technician as required.

Help in setting up robots and initiating the interface between robots and machines.

Verify work orders to ensure correct materials are staged and run.

Update the process change log as necessary.

Ensure all orders comply with regulatory standards before initiating runs.Essential Skills

Proficiency in working with injection molded plastic parts and injection molding processes.

Strong knowledge in plastics manufacturing and molding.

Background in process technology related to plastics injection molding.

Understanding of Scientific Molding Principles.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, molding, or as a process technician.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The shift may change depending on business needs. The facility promotes a collaborative atmosphere, equipped with advanced injection molding technology.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
