Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to work as packers at the end of our production line. Packers are responsible for removing products, counting them according to the order sheet, and packing them into boxes for shipment to customers. Each shift begins with reporting to the supervisor, where you will be assigned to a production line for the day. During the first few days, you will receive cross-training on different lines, which may include applying labels, stacking and packing boxes, and managing scrap parts. You will also be required to fill out work orders based on the day's production run.

Responsibilities

Remove products from the production line and count them according to order sheets.

Pack counted products into boxes for shipment.

Report to the supervisor at the start of each shift.

Be assigned to a specific production line each day.

Receive cross-training between different production lines.

Apply labels, stack, and pack boxes, and manage scrap parts.

Fill out work orders based on daily production runs.

Choose from three shifts: 1st shift from 7am-3pm, 2nd shift from 3pm-11pm, or 3rd shift from 11pm-7am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leominster, Massachusetts.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
