Job Title: CNC Grinders needed

We’re looking for a Cylindrical or Centerless Grinding Specialist who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.What You'll do:

Set up and operate cylindrical grinding machines with precision and care.

Measure and inspect workpieces using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures to ensure they meet exact specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with grinding machinery.

Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure smooth workflow and top-tier output.What You Bring

1+ years of hands-on experience with cylindrical or centerless grinding machines.

2+ years using precision measurement tools.

Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills.

Experience with hand and power tools.

A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Bonus Points For

Experience in sheet metal production or metal fabrication.

Familiarity with centerless and/or centerless grinding.

Ability to set up tools and machinery independently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
