UI Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a UI Developer to help shape the way customers interact with our e-commerce platform. This position is five days onsite at the Boca Raton location and is reporting directly to the Director of E-commerce and Customer Experience, this role blends front-end development skills with a strong foundation in design tools like Figma to deliver intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused user interfaces. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between design and development, collaborating with Marketing, Development, and Data Science teams to create cohesive and innovative digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML and CSS, aligned with modern web standards and design specifications.

Translate Figma designs into high-quality code, ensuring design fidelity, usability, and performance across devices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, contributing to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components.

Partner closely with designers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and seamless implementation of UI elements.

Conduct basic UX research and assist in user testing efforts to validate and refine design solutions.

Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system and reusable code components that support brand consistency.

Stay current with UI trends, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and emerging technologies in front-end development and e-commerce.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Web Development, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Certifications in UI/UX design or front-end development are a plus.

Experience:

2+ years of experience developing UI for web and mobile applications, preferably in an eCommerce or digital product environment.

1+ year experience with Figma (or similar tools like Sketch or Adobe XD) for design interpretation and collaboration.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design; JavaScript familiarity is a plus.

Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and data-driven design practices.

Awareness of accessibility best practices and inclusive design standards.

Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
