Job Description Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Risk Finance Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Property & Casualty (P&C) Finance and Risk Management functions. As a key team member, you will help manage and enhance the Company's P&C Risk Financing programs, processes and structures including insurance procurement, claims management, data storage and reporting, and risk retention strategies.
What You’ll Do for Us:
Insurance Renewal and Maintenance: Responsible for gathering and analyzing (variances) the Company’s data for the insurance renewal processes including exposure values, loss runs, location data and key contacts. Responsible for the Certificate of Insurance process including coordinating COIs between the field locations and the Company’s broker / captive. Responsible for preparing US state and regulatory filings as it relates to insurance and self-insurance including loss and payroll data, fee calculation, interacting with governmental employees, and submission of forms.
Data and Analytics: Responsible for performing the group’s data integrity process including utilizing validation, variance and exception reporting to review and confirm accuracy of the claims database. Utilize data analysis skills which include strong Microsoft Office – Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) to provide stakeholder reports and analytics.
Claims: Responsible to input claims (routine and non-routine) in the database including updates on reserves and payments. Responsible for standard and ad hoc reporting utilized by the department and stakeholders including auditors, actuaries, brokers, captives, claims administrators, and field locations. Responsible for distribution of workplace notices and program information.
Financial: Responsible for 1) preparing financial reconciliations between data (STARS – Claims database) and TCCC / captive financial accounts, 2) building and maintaining claims reporting for the captive insurance companies, 3) complete annual calculations and filing for State and Federal insurance taxes, 4) providing premium and claims reporting to the Company’s tax department, and 5) responsible for preparing and executing the annual allocation charges to the field including communication, fielding questions, and
invoicing / inter-company / adm charges to the field

Pay Range:$87,000 - $102,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
