About the Role:

The CNC Machinist plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process utilizing machining techniques to produce high-quality components.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manual engine lathes

Machine metal parts with tight tolerances

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Monitor machine operations during production runs, adjusting to ensure quality and efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.

Document production processes and maintain accurate records of machine setting and production output.

Use precision measuring tools including calipers and analog micrometers.

Qualifications:

3+ years CNC setup and operation experience required.

Ability to use precision measuring equipment and basic math.

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
