We are currently seeking a Maintenance Admin to join the team in the Sanipac shop in Eugene!
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong organizational skills, experience with computer systems (Microsoft office, etc.), and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be involved in PO processing, records keeping, and internal/external reporting of data for the shop team.
Starting Schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm. Hours are flexible!
Occasional Saturdays as needed.
Competitive Compensation: Starting Pay $25.00+/per hour DOE.

Responsibilities include:
Daily entry of the fueling logs for the equipment.
State reporting of fuel use taxes.
Entry and receiving of PO’s into the system.
Title and registration processing for the fleet.
Record keeping and filing of vehicle paperwork.
Data entry into the shop management program RTA.
Work in conjunction with other departments and vendors.
Other duties as assigned
Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.
Requirements:
2+ years of clerical or data entry experience preferred
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with other team members
Knowledge and skill to accurately input into a computer, including ten key entry, work order, billing and credit posting information.
Ability to work overtime as required
Must pass criminal background check
Drug and alcohol testing: Subject to pre-employment drug testing and random selection drug and alcohol testing per Company policy.
Working Conditions:
Desk position in shared office.
Work environment involves some exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts which require following basic safety precautions.
The employee may be exposed to outside weather, including wet and/or humid conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration. Noise level is usually moderate.
