Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Swimming Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for teaching water safety and swim technique to students of all ages and skill levels in a fun, engaging, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality swim lessons in alignment with our curriculum

• Teach foundational skills such as floating, breath control, kicking, and stroke development

• Foster a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for all swimmers

• Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback

• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about progress and class information

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool area

• Enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience teaching swimming (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard or Water Safety Instructor certification

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching

Preferred:

• Background in early childhood education or coaching

• Bilingual a plus
