Onsite Property Manager Wanted – Mar Vista, CA

We’re seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Onsite Property Manager for a well-maintained multi-unit residential building in Mar Vista. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly living environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle tenant relations and communication

Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors

Conduct property walk-throughs and inspections

Collect rent and manage leasing paperwork

Respond to emergencies and enforce building rules

Requirements:

Previous property management or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer/email proficiency

Ability to live onsite or be available nearby

Reliable and professional demeanor

Appfolio or property management software
