Master Scheduler

Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Lead Construction Scheduler in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Controls Manager and Project Manager with planning and monitoring all aspect of the major projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing base schedules, schedule review, and monthly schedule updates

Monitor and document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues

Experience acting as Liaison between the client, contractor and designer

Experience coordinating with the Estimator, Commercial Manager and Team to ensure all progress and costs are aligned

Ability to mentor and train others

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree

15 or more years’ experience as a Construction Scheduler with 10 years supporting heavy civil construction projects

Proficiency in using Microsoft, Primavera, and other scheduling software

Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules required

Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.
