Industrial Customer Service

To liaise with customers, document and process orders, and support Sales and the Shop to grow sales while enhancing both internal and external customer satisfaction. To efficiently and effective handle customer service questions by working closely with Sales and the Shop on timing of jobs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the area of Customer Service

• Mechanically inclined

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects

• Proven ability to work with Sales to manage quotes and customers

• 3D drawing experience a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders and quotes in a timely manner in coordination with Sales

• Research parts and pricing for quotes, inquiries, shop equipment, and consumables

• Interface with all customers

• Place material orders and monitor inventory

• 3D drawing

• Answer phones

• Other duties as assignedCompany Description
