A Center City personal injury firm is seeking a organized and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing customer service and managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
· Assist in the ordering of supplies
· Provide customer service to all clients and visitors.
· Assist in other tasks as requested by management.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· Strong verbal, written and organization skills
· Strong communication skill
· Detail oriented
· Eagerness & willingness to learn new things
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn specific office software
· Spanish speaking – strongly preferred
Salary commensurate with experience. Work schedule is Monday through Friday with hours of 9:00 to 5:00.
