- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone demeanor.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
