Job Summary: The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and driving sales growth within the home health industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to bring in new clients and increase referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for growth.

Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote agency services.

Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and referral sources.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the agency and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of home health and wound care services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
