Injection Molding Operator

Job Description

ClearStaff in Villa Park are in search of candidates with background in machine operating/injection molding for our client located in the Elk Grove Village, IL area.

Job Description:

Machine Operator monitor high tech injection molding process that produce oral health products. Always being aware of materials running low and needing any adjustments. If there are other general warehouse needs they may be sorting, packing and picking up. Lifting up to 30LBS on occasion. (THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERINCE IN INJECTION MOLDING)

Schedule:

1st Shift: 7AM-3:30PM Mon-Fri

2nd shift: 3PM-11:30PM Mon-Fri

Pay rate: $25.00/hr

Qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, particularly in plastics injection molding.

Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Basic math skills and experience with lean manufacturing principles.

Ability to handle materials and operate forklifts safely.

Experience with hand tools and assembly processes.

Requirements:

Must be able to work 8-10 hours per day

Must be able to work up to 6 days a week(This includes Saturdays)

Must be able to pass 7 year background screening, drug test and E-verify prior to start.Company Description
