They are currently searching for a talented and experienced Maintenance Manager. The current opening is for a Maintenance Manager. Main duties include:

Direct and manage all activities associated with maintaining equipment and facilities

Oversee and direct the work of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians

Schedule preventative maintenance activities

Oversee outside contractors performing installations and projects at the facility

Ensure production lines are kept in excellent condition

Maintain proper stock of parts

Develop and oversee the total maintenance and capital project yearly budgets

Develop long-range budget projections

Ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications include:

B.S. degree in engineering

In lieu of schooling, comparable work experience will be considered

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership function

Past work experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment

Demonstrated experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance

Knowledge in manufacturing MRO systems

TPM, Planning/Scheduling, Predictive and preventative maintenance

Strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills
