General Manager- Manufacturing

Job Description

The Manufacturing General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient production of high-quality goods. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, maintaining budgets, and fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The Manufacturing General Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align production activities with business goals and strategic objectives.

Bachelors (Masters preferred) in business, engineering or manufacturing

10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems

Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for production planning and monitoring.

Proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities and driving operational improvements.
