Our client is top-notch corporation that prides themselves on manufacturing high quality products. They supply major automotive companies which leads to high demand and constant production. They offer excellent benefits and paid time off! They are in need of a couple of Quality Control Team Leaders to join their team. You can either have responsibility for in-house or supplier quality.

As Quality Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

Supporting quality control operations and workforce

Ensuring associate training

Ensuring work standards are in place

Creating reports for quality issues

Developing and implementing quality plans

Implementing continuous improvements

Ensuring ISO and IATF compliance

Reviewing all in-house or supplier issues for accuracy

To be considered for the Quality Control Team Leader position, you must have:

Previous automotive manufacturing quality experience

Previous leadership experience

An AS degree is preferred, but not required

Experience with PPAP, ISO, IATF, Lean, etc

Experience working with basic quality tools and gauges

Previous internal/supplier auditing experience
