The Bergin Agency, based in Cranford, NJ, is looking for three qualified Financial Advisors (FA). A locally owned, independent, full-service client centric financial and retirement planning firm, we have been providing services to clients since 1990. Financial Advisors with the firm provide professional guidance and innovative solutions for the investment and retirement planning needs of employees of non-profit employers through a holistic and integrated approach. The firm is affiliated with Lincoln Investment, a privately held broker-dealer/register investment adviser with over $45 billion in total assets.

Qualified candidates will:

Display the ability to be a self-starter/entrepreneur and demonstrate skill with relationships and the key competencies required to be a successful FA

Have the ability to generate leads; set and hold productive meetings; present and implement solutions; and be proactive in providing ongoing client support and service

Be an established, consummate professional always, both internally with our team and externally with the public

Provide clients with a full range of investment and insurance solutions

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree

2+ years of financial services sales experience

Existing book of business

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to prospect for and service clients digitally

FINRA Series 7/66 or 6/63/65 registrations

NJ state insurance license
