(DIY) Tool Manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team.

Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will provide product information and resolve any issues that customers face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain working knowledge of products.

- Research and resolve all customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

- Enter customer orders received via e-mail, fax or phone.

- Check Inventory before committing to order deliveries.

- Quote prices and delivery dates.

- Follow up with warehouse to make sure shipments are going out on time.

- Process returns (RMA’s) on damaged goods.

Experience, Skills, Education and Abilities:

- 2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or similar environment)

- Customer driven and focused

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

- Ability to solve problems and multitask

- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Some college a plus
