Job Description

1st shift Maintenance Tech openings in Tuskegee!

OVERTIME AVAILABLE

Hours:

1st Shift: Monday to Saturday 7:30am to 6:30pm until August, then moving to Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security

-Troubleshoot power, HVAC, and mechanical systems

-Perform general and preventive maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing

-Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed

-Move furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested

-Assist with vendor coordination and facility upkeep

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 5 years of applicable working experience as a Maintenance Tech

- Must have computer skills

- EPA Certifications highly preferred, minimum Type II cert required.

- HS Diploma or GED Required

- Trade licenses a plus
